Abstract
(Neuron 72, 545–558, November 17, 2011) We previously corrected Figure 3C but missed additional errors in the display images of Figure 3 that we were alerted to after the first Correction was published. These unintentional errors pertain to similarities between the edges of panels for DISC1 shRNA+DISC1-A83V, DISC1 shRNA-DISC1-R264Q, and DISC1 shRNA+DISC1-L607F. Upon becoming aware of the issue, we exhaustively examined the entirety of the original raw images for Figure 3 and determined that during preparation of the manuscript, the representative display panels were accidentally sourced and cropped from original files for Figure S2, due to highly similar experimental conditions and, therefore, labeling schemes. In addition, copy-paste errors were made in the construction of Figure 3C. Our examination confirmed that these inadvertent mistakes occurred after image analysis; therefore, the conclusions of the paper remain unchanged. We have provided a new, corrected Figure 3 with appropriate display images generated from the original raw uncropped images for Figures 3A–3C. We apologize to the research community for missing these errors previously.
